Ryan Smith, PGT’s founder, has 15+ years of experience in the social impact sector. Ryan is a former nonprofit talent manager, Peace Corps Volunteer, English teacher, and elementary school Assistant Principal. He has proven results locating and hiring highly qualified team members. Ryan understands the importance of securing top-tier staff, and he is passionate about working with mission-driven organizations who want to build equitable and sustainable talent systems.
