Public Good Talent offers full-scale retained recruitment. This means that Public Good Talent will design and lead your hiring process from start to finish. Different organizations prefer to be involved in different ways. Some want to sit back and let us do the work while you focus on your organization’s mission — simply show up at the end of the process to meet our top 2-3 candidates, then make your choice. Others want to work alongside us every step of the way.
No two organizations are the same, and it’s our job to meet you where you are. We are small and agile, and we’ll adjust to your needs — not the other way around.
Pricing depends on the scope of each search, but we work hard to keep our services accessible. We partner with organizations and small businesses that serve the public good, and we price our work accordingly. Our rates are generally lower than those of most recruitment firms. If cost is a concern, please reach out—we’re happy to talk through options.
We offer a variety of consulting services to help organizations improve or overhaul their current recruitment systems. This can be as large as a full-scale revamp of your entire hiring process, or as small as a review of a job description or interview template.
Not all of our consulting options are recruitment-focused. We have also completed projects related to organizational efficiency, leadership coaching, internal communication, team-building, and more.
Costs for consulting services vary by project, and we are committed to ensuring our rates are affordable for organizations of all sizes.
